About the Role: We are looking for ambitious and energetic MBA Freshers who are eager to start their careers in Business Development within the fast-growing HR Tech and SaaS sector. This role provides hands-on experience in real-world B2B sales and client engagement. As a Business Development Intern/Management Trainee , you’ll work in a hybrid model with 60% office-based and 40% field activities , where you will actively participate in lead generation, client meetings, sales conversions, and relationship building . Work Mode: Onsite only (No Remote/WFH) Company Websites: kairosoft.ai | volkai.io Key Responsibilities: Learn and support lead generation efforts via outbound calls, emails, networking, and references Schedule and attend client meetings with senior team members Assist in product presentations and sales pitches to corporate clients Help build and manage a pipeline of potential leads across Mumbai and other metro cities Coordinate with internal marketing and product teams for campaign support Research market trends and support competitive analysis Eligibility Criteria: MBA Freshers (Marketing, HR, or related specializations) Strong interest in B2B sales, corporate relations, or client acquisition Good communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel locally for meetings (40% field-based work) High energy, learning mindset, and goal-oriented approach Internship Details: Job Type: Internship / Full-time (Based on performance) Stipend/CTC: Based on interview and performance Location: Okhla Phase 1, Delhi.
