Business Development - International Sales

As a Business Development Executive at Xonier Technologies Private Limited, your role will involve acquiring relevant leads and new accounts from global markets for software development, web development, IT/E-commerce projects, and remote dedicated teams. You will be responsible for identifying, closing, and managing corporate accounts (international) across various business sectors. Additionally, you should demonstrate good knowledge and experience in Web & Mobile apps services to generate high-quality leads resulting in winning new projects and accounts. Developing new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India is also a key aspect of your role. You will need to maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up-selling activities, as well as network and develop market intelligence to generate new leads and achieve sales targets. Other responsibilities include developing growth strategies and business plans, as well as demonstrating excellent leadership, presentation skills, and communication skills. Qualifications required: - Any graduates. - Experience in the US/UK/Singapore/Australia market. - Experience in Software/IT sales. - Effective communication skills.
