Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients or leads
• Make follow-up or introductory calls to explain the company’s product or service
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and use cases in a simple and effective manner
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone while interacting with prospects
• Answer questions and resolve basic doubts regarding the product
• Coordinate with the business development and sales team for any escalations or warm lead handovers
• Support email and WhatsApp follow-up communication where needed
• Provide feedback from customers to improve messaging and outreach

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong communication skills in English and [other language, if applicable]
• Confident in speaking over the phone with a clear, professional tone
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
