That Happiness Project is looking for dedicated Business Development Interns to support and expand our outreach and partnerships in the mental health space.

Gain hands-on experience in communication and partnership-building while supporting our outreach to our partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outreach (cold calls, emails, social media)

• Follow-ups to convert leads into meaningful conversations

• Maintaining lead trackers and daily reports

• Participating in daily team check-ins

Ideal Candidate

• Clear communicator with confidence on calls

• Comfortable working with goals

• Interested in mental health and social impact

• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Excited to develop, with ongoing support and feedback
