Business Development Associate (Intern)

Business development associate Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with the manager or designated team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

* Conduct research through online sources, surveys, or direct communication with clients and internal teams.

* Attend and actively participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.

* Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the management team.

* Maintain and update documents, databases, and sales records accurately.

* Monitor and evaluate sales performance in comparison to established targets.

* Observe and assist in the execution of various sales processes.

* Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive suggestions.

* Support managers in client negotiations and business discussions.

* Document key learnings and present insights to the team and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).

* A valid driver's license may be required.

* Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

* Proficiency in a foreign language is an added advantage.

* Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

* Composure and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Presentable and professional demeanor.
