Location: Indore (On-site only) Internship Duration: 3 Months Company: The Arch International – Study Abroad Consultants About Us The Arch International is a fast-growing study overseas consultancy helping Indian students turn their global education dreams into reality. We provide expert guidance on university selection, applications, visas, and everything in between. As we expand, we’re looking for energetic and ambitious interns to join our business development team. What You'll Do As a Business Development Intern , you'll work directly with our co-founders and counsellors to grow our client base, improve engagement, and support our outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Reaching out to potential students via phone, email, and walk-ins Explaining study abroad services and converting leads into appointments Assisting in organizing seminars, school visits, and offline campaigns Following up with leads generated from marketing campaigns Maintaining lead tracking and performance reports Supporting senior team members in client meetings and documentation Who Can Apply Fresh graduates or students in their final year (any stream) Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with phone conversations and face-to-face interactions Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore What You’ll Get Internship Certificate Real-world exposure to international education consulting Guidance from experienced founders and team members Letter of recommendation for top performers Potential full-time offer based on performance Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Work from office only (No remote work) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
