The job involves responsibilities such as driving inquiries and admissions for the online/blended learning programs provided by Fireblaze AI School, managing the entire sales life cycle from engaging with leads to final enrollment, counseling experienced professionals on suitable courses for career progression, updating and maintaining MIS reports, conducting market research, seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels, setting up meetings with potential clients, creating sales and financial reports, participating in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company, negotiating deals and handling complaints, and collaborating with the team for achieving better results. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and spoken English skills, pitching abilities, proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel, a solid understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, a fast learning speed, a passion for sales, self-motivation with a results-driven approach, and aptitude in delivering compelling presentations.
