As a Business Development - B2B Sales professional, you will have a pivotal role in driving the growth strategy of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting data analysis to identify business growth opportunities, generating new business leads, managing key accounts, ensuring consistent sales growth, handling objections effectively, and taking initiatives to enhance systems and processes for better efficiency. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce or automobile sectors, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B industry. Your success will be driven by your self-driven attitude, analytical and solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal), and proficiency in using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets. The job requires you to be based in Gurgaon, Haryana, or be willing to relocate there before starting work.
