Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s services/products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and attending industry events.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and present customized solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
• Maintain CRM with updated lead and opportunity status.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
