Job Description

Role Summary: The Sales Senior Manager D2K will be responsible for growing sales of D2K s products and services to the BFSI industry. Primarily focused on new client acquisition and customer relationship management, the role involves regular interaction with both existing and potential clients of D2K to understand their need for Risk Management Solutions and effectively position D2K s solutions to service

such needs. An understanding of processes within the banking industry, banking regulation and technology and its role in shaping risk management products would be helpful.

The role will involve closely interacting with D2K s product and delivery team to ensure superior client experience in product / project deliveries and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities will include the following:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet D2K s revenue targets.

Engage with large and mid-sized banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AMCs, regulators, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships at senior level with key bankers and partners.

Demonstrate strong growth in new client additions. Handle fully cycle from independent sourcing of leads, follow ups, providing high level product demos to sales closure.

Lead and implement effective pricing strategies, sales incentive plans, implement timely contracting processes and ensure client stickiness to create a climate for generating repeat business from existing clients.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing training and support to enhance overall performance.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.

Stay informed about industry developments, technology trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and market competitiveness.

Work on industry partnerships as required to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organization s goals and strategy.

Organize regular events and webinars to showcase D2K products and offerings.

Represent D2K at Industry events and conferences to promote D2K s products/services.

Fostering a culture of excellence in line with Group ICRA Values.
