Business Development

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the

  digital marketing services.

• Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare weekly business reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in

  Marketing, Business Administration

  , or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience

  in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing or IT services company).
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and interpersonal

  skills.
• Strong

  negotiation and persuasion

  abilities with a target-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of

  digital marketing concepts

  (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in

  US shift timings

  and from the

  Noida, Sector 63

  office.
