We’re Hiring – Business Development Head (Websites & Digital Marketing)


Location: Noida, Sector 62 | Shift: Day | Experience: 6–15 Years


UPBS Private Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Head to lead international sales for website development and digital marketing services.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead the Business Development team to achieve monthly individual and team revenue targets

Identify, generate, and nurture international leads through LinkedIn, email, and calls

Pitch and close deals for services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development

Work on international projects and maintain long-term client relationships

Mentor and guide the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement

Requirements:


Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

6–15 years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong negotiation, closing skills, and experience handling virtual international client meetings

  • Target-driven mindset with proven track record in revenue generation
