Business Development Head India

As a Business Development Head - India at SAJM Brand Hub Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading the national growth agenda by expanding our 3PL services across India. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the business development strategy, identifying growth opportunities in the ecommerce and retail sectors, and building key partnerships to drive revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies. You will be based in Delhi, with national travel as required. Your strategic leadership skills will be instrumental in driving business development initiatives for both B2B and B2C verticals, acquiring key enterprise accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with Ecommerce giants, D2C brands, FMCG, retail clients, and MSMEs. In this role, you will own P&L responsibilities for the business development function, develop pricing models and proposals, and analyze market trends to identify gaps and innovative solutions. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, warehouse planning, finance, and technology teams will ensure seamless solution delivery to clients. To be successful in this position, you should have a proven track record of at least 10 years in leading national sales/business development in logistics or ecommerce, a strong network within ecommerce, retail, and D2C ecosystems, and the ability to develop high-impact pitch decks, client proposals, and growth plans. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of warehousing, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and fulfillment tech platforms. An MBA/PGDM is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
