Business Development Head

Goel Ganga Developments is looking for a strategic and visionary Business Development Head to lead the expansion and diversification plans of the company. As the Business Development Head, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, landowners, IPCs, and industry stakeholders. You will be tasked with identifying new land opportunities for the company, whether through outright purchase, partnership, joint ventures, joint development agreements, or leasing, primarily in Pune and potentially in Mumbai. Your role will involve evaluating and managing proposals across various verticals, including residential, commercial, logistics, schools, hospitals, co-working spaces, and co-living spaces. You will need to negotiate and finalize deals that ensure profitability and align with the business objectives of the company. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in real estate business development, with a focus on the Pune market. Familiarity with the Mumbai market will be an added advantage. You should possess a strong network of contacts, especially within the Pune real estate sector, along with exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills. A deep understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements in Pune is essential. A proven track record of identifying and finalizing profitable land deals will be highly valued.
