Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell financial products/services based on customer needs

  • Evaluate creditworthiness of prospects and coordinate with credit/operations teams

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and pipeline

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (

    MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing/Finance preferred

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in BFSI or financial services
  • Understanding of credit processes and financial products (loans, working capital, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel within the
