Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle revenue streams from new client acquisition for IT staffing services for Ciel HR for pan-India marke
Grow the business of IT Staffing in scale and scope with key client acquisitions
Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients)
Responsible to drive signups with prospective clients in the chosen focus industry segments
Ensuring market coverage with Enterprise, SMB and start-ups
Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently
Work with the 40 offices of Ciel across India and ensure co-ordination on delivery and acquisition of clients spread across pan-India
Uphold the brand of Ciel and Ma Foi in the market and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development
Specific experience in IT or IT Staffing industry business development role involving hunting and farming of clients is an added advantage.
Excellent English Communication skills written and oral
Knowledge about the current market trends especially IT industry related to staffing services
Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)
Direct Account management skills and client relationship management skills
Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must
