Role Overview

Academic Counsellors

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential learners through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Counsel students regarding academic programs and assist them in making informed educational decisions.
• Present and explain Aimlay’s services, converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Conduct effective online or in-person demos to help learners understand our offerings.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to match learner needs with suitable programs.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Track and manage leads efficiently using CRM or other software tools.
• Share weekly performance reports and updates with the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum

  2–4 years

  of experience in

  Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, or B2C Sales

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confident, empathetic, and articulate in handling student queries.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for helping learners achieve their academic goals.
