Now we are planning to hire 50 Energetic, Dynamic, and Result-Oriented Personalities as our Business Development Executives to Handle and create our International Education Project's Distribution Channel.

The ideal candidate will excel in this position if they can aid recruiting efforts and fulfill our Distribution needs by matching Associates. To do so, the candidate must be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To succeed, the candidate must understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.

Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at क्लिक2Career.
• The Business Development Executives will assist in Associate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• They will also support the Training team in various administrative tasks and help maintain Associate databases.
• Actively source and qualify Associates through Cold Calling, Own Reference, and Networking.
• Scheduling Training and Orientation for New Associates and Franchisees.
• Maintaining Strong Relationships with the Selected Associate Team.
• Motivating and guiding the Associate Team to activate them in the operation and productivity.
• Working to improve Recruitment efficiency to create a Good Associate Network.
• Manage Daily Activity Reports, Attendance, and Productivity of the Associate Team.
• Manage the Pay Statement of The Associate Team.

Qualifications & Eligibilities

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate Fresher Candidates Only.
• BBA, Bcom, MBA, PGDM (Marketing) Fresher Most Preferable Candidate.
• Freshers Candidates Only Can Apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and E-Mail Writing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Applicants must have a Laptop and a Smartphone with a proper Wi-Fi connection at home.
