Business Development Executive

Experience: 3+ years in Business Development within the Cosmetics/Pharmaceutical industry Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s/master’s in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, or related field. Location: Science City, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Prospect Search: Conduct market research and leverage networking platforms to build a robust lead pipeline in the cosmetics/pharmaceutical industry. Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, creating tailored strategies for long-term conversion. New Client Development: Drive new client acquisition by showcasing Zymo Cosmetics' offerings and staying informed on industry trends and competitor strategies. Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term loyalty. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service delivery. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and prospects. In-depth knowledge of market research, lead generation strategies, and CRM software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and other sales tools/platforms.
