The ideal candidate will have proven experience in all stages of the business development cycle, with a strong ability to establish and grow client relationships— particularly with architects, interior designers, and builders within the MMR region. Key Responsibilities Identify and establish relationships with target clients, especially architects, interior designers, and builders in the MMR region Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to closing deals Track and analyze key metrics to ensure sales targets are consistently met Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the construction or interior products industry (mandatory) Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales and business development Strong communication and presentation skills (spoken and written English proficiency required) Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Existing network or experience working with architects, interior designers, or builders in Mumbai Company Website : https://youbuild.in/home Show more Show less
