Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to build strong sales and client relationship skills within the media and marketing industry.

The Business Development Executive will support business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with deal closures. You will work closely with the sales and content teams to expand Worth Minds’ client base and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present company offerings
• Assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic knowledge of Business Development or Sales (freshers can apply)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Interest in the media, marketing, or publication industry is a plus
