Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at WorkMETHODS Solutions, your role will involve leading the business development process from lead generation to deal closure. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by specific market verticals and provide continuous market insights to the management. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects and customers, as well as keeping up-to-date information in the company's CRM, will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the business development process from lead generation to deal closure - Understand challenges faced by specific market verticals and provide market insights - Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and customers - Maintain up-to-date information in the company's CRM Skills Required: - Proficiency in the latest technologies for technical conversations with prospects - Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and understand their challenges - Strong verbal and written English skills - Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Negotiation skills and ability to bring deals to a close - Understanding of project financials Qualifications and Education Requirements: - MBA in Sales or Business Development - Experience in successfully selling IT services Preferred Skills: - Experience with CRM - Experience selling to prospects in MENA and/or US market - Organized and presentable In addition to the above, as a full-time, permanent employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund.
