Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel/tourism solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Travel to client locations as required.

Key Skills Required:

  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Experience in tourism or related industry preferred.
