About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients over calls, building relationships, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
Pitch products/services effectively and handle objections.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confident personality with a go-getter attitude.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Prior sales experience (B2B/B2C) will be an added advantage.
