Business Development Executive

We are urgently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Represent WebCRS EDP at colleges, residential societies, exhibitions, and corporate parks.
• Approach, engage, and interact with aspiring entrepreneurs, students, and professionals.
• Conduct short presentations, Q&A, and brand storytelling to explain the benefits of EDP.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and event giveaways during on-ground campaigns.
• Capture leads, sign-ups, and interest forms from prospective participants.
• Assist in setting up stalls, kiosks, and info booths during activations.
• Build awareness about tourism as a high-ROI business opportunity.
• Ensure positive brand experience for every individual engaged.
• Provide daily/weekly feedback reports on footfall, leads, and campaign insights.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass); Graduate or plus two preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in promotions, events, Car sales,Two Wheeler Sales, Credit Crad Sales, Telecom Field Sales or customer engagement (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality
• Passion for interacting with people and building connections
• Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and weekend activities
• Basic skills in reporting (Google Forms/Excel)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed salary + performance incentives (based on leads generated)
• Travel allowance for on-ground campaigns

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
