Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Conduct client meetings and follow-ups for Health Insurance, Term Insurance, and Mutual Fund products. • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to build trust and long-term association. • Cross-sell financial products based on client needs and financial goals. • Manage follow-up communication and ensure timely sales closure. • Provide post-sales servicing and support to clients to maintain satisfaction and retention. Requirements • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. • Understanding of financial products like Health Insurance, Term Insurance, and Mutual Funds. • Ability to handle client queries, provide solutions, and manage end-to-end sales process. • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets for client servicing records. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or mutual fund distribution will be an advantage. • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
