Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Tele-calling for lead generation – reach out to prospective clients, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads. • WhatsApp messaging – engage and follow up with leads via WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner. • Client coordination – schedule meetings (online/offline) between clients and the sales/consulting team. • MIS preparation & reporting – maintain records of calls, meetings, and lead status, and prepare periodic reports for management review. Requirements • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (both verbal and written). • Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for MIS preparation. • Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in tele-calling / client coordination / lead generation will be an added advantage. • Fresher with good communication skills may also apply.
