Job Summary

build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and retain existing clients through direct communication and relationship-building.
Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive business opportunities.
Conduct quality checks on produced documents such as
research articles, review articles, books, etc.
Regularly update clients about ongoing and upcoming services.
Lead and support a team providing
customer service & issue resolution.
Understand client requirements, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Education:
Any Graduate or Master’s degree
Experience:
Open to Freshers & Experienced candidates
Knowledge of
research theses or journals
preferred
Strong
communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent
interpersonal & problem-solving skills
