Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain existing clients through direct communication and relationship-building.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive business opportunities.
  • Conduct quality checks on produced documents such as

    research articles, review articles, books, etc.

  • Regularly update clients about ongoing and upcoming services.
  • Lead and support a team providing

    customer service & issue resolution.

  • Understand client requirements, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.


Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Education:

    Any Graduate or Master’s degree
  • Experience:

    Open to Freshers & Experienced candidates
  • Knowledge of

    research theses or journals

    preferred
  • Strong

    communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Excellent

    interpersonal & problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a

    client-focused, fast-paced environment

  • Research and Development skills are an added advantage
