We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager / Customer Support Executive to join our software development company. This role involves providing exceptional post-delivery support to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software solutions. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on software usage to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by proactively checking in, gathering feedback, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. In addition to customer support, the role includes following up on new leads and assisting potential clients in understanding our software offerings. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and facilitating sales conversions by providing the necessary product information and demonstrations. Furthermore, they will support customers who purchase our software, ensuring they receive smooth onboarding, training, and continuous assistance.
