Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound and outbound calls

  to generate sales and convert leads.
• Respond to customer queries via

  phone and email professionally

  .
• Share

  travel package details

  and assist clients with booking inquiries.

• Follow up with leads

  and maintain proper sales records.
• Support basic

  digital marketing activities

  such as social media posting,

  ad campaign assistance

  , and content sharing.

• Create short videos/reels

  for Instagram & social media platforms to promote packages and engage followers (must be comfortable appearing on camera occasionally).
• Work towards

  achieving performance targets

  and contribute to the companys growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum

  6 months of experience

  in Sales/Telecalling/Digital Marketing.
• Strong

  communication and convincing skills

  on calls and emails.
• Confidence in handling

  client interactions

  and closing deals.
• Basic knowledge of

  digital marketing

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must be comfortable with

  shooting and appearing in Instagram videos/reels

  for brand promotion.

• Self-motivated, proactive,

  and eager to grow in a startup environment.
