Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and convert leads. Respond to customer queries via phone and email professionally . Share travel package details and assist clients with booking inquiries. Follow up with leads and maintain proper sales records. Support basic digital marketing activities such as social media posting, ad campaign assistance , and content sharing. Create short videos/reels for Instagram & social media platforms to promote packages and engage followers (must be comfortable appearing on camera occasionally). Work towards achieving performance targets and contribute to the companys growth initiatives. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales/Telecalling/Digital Marketing. Strong communication and convincing skills on calls and emails. Confidence in handling client interactions and closing deals. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Must be comfortable with shooting and appearing in Instagram videos/reels for brand promotion. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a startup environment.
