Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports accurately.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize business strategies.
Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred.
