The Role:
As a Business Development manager, your role involves cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our market presence and delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base in the cosmetics and dermatology industries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing industry relationships.
Develop new relationships and onboard new companies who are into marketing and sales of cosmetic and beauty products.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our capabilities and expand our network.
Required qualification and skills:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, B.Pharm. MBA or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer centric approach.
Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and represent the company at industry events.
