Vimson Derma manufactures a wide range of products including dusting powders, talcum powders, shampoo, conditioner, cream, gel, lotions, oil, soaps, sunscreen, serums and more. With a strong client base, Vimson Derma works with over 200 companies across India.


The Role:


As a Business Development manager, your role involves cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our market presence and delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.


Key responsibilities:


 Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base in the cosmetics and dermatology industries.

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing industry relationships.

 Develop new relationships and onboard new companies who are into marketing and sales of cosmetic and beauty products.

 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.  Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.

 Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our capabilities and expand our network.


Required qualification and skills:


 Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, B.Pharm. MBA or a related field.

 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales is preferred.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer centric approach.

 Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and represent the company at industry events.
