Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify and engage potential clients in the IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their IT service needs. Present and clearly articulate the value of our IT solutions to clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns. Participate in sales meetings, providing insights on market trends and client feedback. Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT services sales or a related field. Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation within the IT industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
