Business Development Executive (US Staffing)

Job Title: Business Development Executive (US Staffing) Experience: 3 to 12 Months Location: Remote (Work from Home) Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking to hire enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) with 3 to 12 months of experience in US Staffing, particularly those who have experience working with Prime Vendors. This is a remote position suited for individuals who can effectively communicate with US-based clients and have a basic understanding of the US staffing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruiting team for quality delivery Communicate effectively with US-based clients via phone, email, and video calls Support the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and vendors Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress Participate in client calls and help schedule interviews and meetings Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 to 12 months of experience in US Staffing, preferably in a BDE or Account Management role Hands-on experience working with Prime Vendors and a good understanding of their processes Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Willing to work in the US Shift (Night Shift) Knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and job portals Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup What We Offer: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives 100% remote (work from home) opportunity Friendly and supportive team culture Growth opportunities into senior BD or account management roles Ongoing training and mentoring How to Apply:Send your resume to aditya@staffxpertllc.com with the subject line: “Application – US Staffing BDE – [Your Name]”
