Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: 100% Remote

Working Hours: 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST

Who We’re Looking For

✔️ 2–4 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.

✔️ Strong existing relationships with direct clients or Tier 1 / Prime vendors.

✔️ Proven ability to bring IT clients or generate C2C hiring requirements.

✔️ Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

✔️ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

✔️ Self-starter with a strong business acumen.
