Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged and informed. Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools and generate reports. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company offerings to effectively pitch solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to work in the US shift (Night shift). This is a remote position suited for individuals who can effectively communicate with US-based clients and have a basic understanding of the US staffing lifecycle.
