Role & responsibilities: Position: Business Development Executive (CSV and CQV Services) Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced CSV and CQV Services Business Development Executive to lead our client acquisition and business expansion efforts in India. This role focuses on promoting Computer System Validation (CSV) and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) services to life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and an understanding of industry-specific validation requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1.Business Development & Sales: - Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities for CSV and CQV services. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including QA/QC heads, IT managers, and regulatory teams. - Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and service demonstrations. - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients. 2. Client Relationship Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. - Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings. - Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. - Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and maintain long-term relationships. 3. Market Research & Strategy: - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. - Stay updated with industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in CSV and CQV. - Provide insights to internal teams to align service offerings with market demands. 4. Reporting & Performance: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client engagements, and project pipelines. - Prepare regular reports on business development progress and revenue forecasts. - Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. - 2- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the life sciences or validation services industry. - Strong understanding of CSV, CQV, and GxP compliance requirements. - Proven track record of successfully selling validation services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Existing network within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors. - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
