Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Management Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively and work towards achieving sales targets Present and promote Uni5 Techs products and services to potential clients through various communication channels Customer Support Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat Address customer inquiries, resolve product/service-related issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction Product Knowledge & Communication Stay updated on Uni5 Tech’s latest offerings, features, and enhancements Clearly articulate product benefits and tailor recommendations based on customer needs Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients Ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress Utilize CRM tools for tracking and reporting performance metrics and client data
