We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Noida team. This
is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are passionate about education and eager to begin a career insales and customer engagement. You will play a key role in expanding Unacademy's user base by
connecting with potential learners and helping them choose the right educational offerings. Key Responsibilities:
? Generate leads through calls, referrals, and social media outreach. ? Connect with potential learners and clearly explain course offerings and value propositions. ? Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments. ? Achieve daily and monthly targets for outreach and conversions. ? Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools. ? Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for learners. Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in any field (graduation is mandatory). ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. ? Basic understanding of the EdTech domain is a plus. ? Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow are highly encourage
