About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, connecting with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. Your primary goal will be to expand our reach, increase enrollments, and contribute directly to our business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and proactively engage with potential students, parents, and educational institutions to promote and sell our diverse range of courses and programs.
  • Partnerships & Outreach: Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to foster collaborations and expand our network.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis of local market trends, monitor competitor activities, and understand student needs to inform and refine our business strategies.
  • Counseling & Conversion: Provide insightful guidance to students and parents on our course offerings, assisting them seamlessly through the enrollment process.
  • Revenue & Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, playing a vital role in our overall business growth.
  • Events & Promotions: Plan and participate in career fairs, workshops, and various promotional events to significantly enhance our brand awareness and visibility.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all leads, follow-ups, and sales activities within our CRM system, generating comprehensive reports as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions, with a strong preference for candidates from the EdTech, education, or training sectors.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Mandatory proficiency in both Tamil and English.
  • A proven ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions is a significant advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
