As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have an MBA with an Engineering background (MBA B.tech). Previous experience in B2B Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition would be highly valued. You must possess proactive, committed, and ambitious qualities along with good interpersonal skills. Being a smart negotiator with excellent grasping power is essential for this role.
