Business Development Executive (Tele Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join Trade max Academy . The role involves connecting with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, presenting our products/services, and driving sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong desire to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable product/service solutions.
• Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to generate interest.
• Maintain and update CRM records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Follow up with leads regularly to close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine strategies.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or BDE roles (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert preferred languages].
• Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
