Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with partners. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and driving the company’s growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of business strategies and the ability to implement growth plans effectively
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or similar field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
