Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurugram for an on-site position. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing existing accounts. The role requires strong communication skills to deliver impactful presentations and collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals. You will play a key role in driving growth and contributing to the company’s success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Operations and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Prior experience in the hospitality or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
