Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive in the EdTech sector based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential students or parents to understand their learning needs and guide them towards suitable educational solutions offered by the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with leads through calls, emails, and online platforms to provide insights into product offerings. - Understand the requirements of customers and assist them in choosing appropriate solutions. - Utilize consultative sales techniques to convert potential leads into customers, meeting and surpassing monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Key Requirements: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Have access to a laptop and stable internet connection. - Openness to working night shifts, particularly in the US/International time zone. - Exhibit self-motivation, a target-oriented mindset, and a strong ability to work in a team. - Prior experience in EdTech or telesales is advantageous but not mandatory.
