Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online platforms, networking, cold calls, references, etc.).
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet sales targets.
Maintain an updated database of clients and sales records in CRM software.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Confidence in approaching potential clients and building rapport.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, business development, or telecalling will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
