• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective or existing customers to promote offerings and generate leads.
• Inbound Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, set appointments, and drive conversions.
• Sales Targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
• CRM & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Customer Relationship: Build rapport, handle objections professionally, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on product/service features for effective communication.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to streamline campaigns and improve results.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is advantageous
