The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a global mindset, and a strong passion for building client relationships and driving international sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets through research, networking, and cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads effectively. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory). Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms. Confident, persuasive, and well-organized. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team. Prior experience in international business/sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

Inbound Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, set appointments, and drive conversions. Sales Targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions. CRM & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Customer Relationship: Build rapport, handle objections professionally, and ensure client satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on product/service features for effective communication. Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to streamline campaigns and improve results. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is advantageous Essential Skills Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive verbal and written skills.
