Roles & Responsibilities: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions and convert leads into clients Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery of candidates Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 27 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Self-motivated and target-oriented
